Open to rising freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors who are trying out for or are on any athletic team for the 2021-2022 academic year.
MISSION STATEMENT OF ATHETLICS STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGRAM
It is the mission of the Strength and Conditioning Program to maximize each SJA athlete’s genetic potential in every component of athleticism and decrease the potential for injury in an environment that is safe, fun, motivational and intense.
Dates: May 28 – July 23 (M – F)
Times: 6:15 am – 7:35 am (28 max)
7:40 am – 9:00 am (28 max)
(28 athlete max per session, must sign up on signup genius for each session, each week Each sessions sign up is closed at 6pm the night before. The sign up link will be sent to coaches each week and posted on SAC SJA Microsoft Teams. If your name is not on the sign up, you will not be allowed to workout)
