 MISSION STATEMENT FOR STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

PROGRAM

Open to freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors who are trying out for or are on any athletic team for the 2018-2019 academic year.

It is the mission of the Strength and Conditioning Program to maximize each SJA athlete’s genetic potential in every component of athleticism and decrease the potential for injury in an environment that is safe, fun, motivational and intense.

Dates: May 27-July 25 (excluding June 10-14)
Time: 6:00-8:00 a.m. Monday-Thursday

Note: In order for your registration to be complete, you must fill out the registration form and turn it in to Coach Fontenot after you have paid online.
